The court has ordered Twitter to provide documents related to fake accounts to Elon Musk.
The issue of fake accounts has become a central point in the legal battle following Twitter's lawsuit against Elon Musk.
On the occasion of hearing the petition filed against Elon Musk related to the Twitter purchase agreement, the court has issued an order to the Twitter management to provide Elon Musk with the documents of the former Twitter executive related to the fake accounts.
Elon Musk took the stand in court that Twitter's former general manager of consumer products was the key figure who gathered enough information to track down the number of fake accounts on Twitter's platform.
The court ordered the Twitter management to obtain documents based on the information gathered from the former general manager of the consumer product and provide them to Elon Musk after reviewing them.
According to the court order, Elon Musk's request to get the details of 21 other people from Twitter for questions and answers has been rejected.
