Traces of 3 billion-year-old ocean discovered on Mars

New research about the planet Mars is coming out every day, recently experts have found traces of a 3 billion-year-old ocean on Mars.

Researchers from the University of Pennsylvania in the United States, sharing some photos, said that at one time there must have been a deep sea, hot and humid climate on Mars. This period is probably 3.5 billion years ago.

Professor Benjamin Cárdenas said that such a large ocean meant that there was also the possibility of life.

He said that we also know that Mars was once a hot planet.

The researchers found fluvial crests spread over an area of ​​6,500 km, possibly formed by rivers and seas.
